In this group, personal fitness trainers, Mike and Julie Marier, share a basic and practical approach to fitness. They focus on the importance of nutrition, cardiovascular exercises, and resistance training. Join them for a group where the complexities of fitness get unscrambled, and where a realistic and applicable approach to fitness is presented. This group meets once a week for four weeks, and it is offered several times a year.
