Join the team and become a small group leader

Small Groups are about connecting people, building community, and growing spiritually. Although our Small Groups cover a variety of topics, activities, and interests, our most precious resource is not our rooms, our materials, or even the events themselves. Our most precious resource in Small Groups is our leaders. These selfless men and women who are devoted to building our church family through friendships and godly relationships are the heart of everything we do in our ministry.

If you have a desire to start a group centered around something YOU enjoy, whether a sporting activity, Bible study, hobby, or anything else, we’d love to hear from you!

If you’re interested in becoming a Small Group leader, here are a few simple things we encourage you to do to begin with:

• Complete our membership classes. (We want to know that you consider Living Word as your home church.)
• Complete the Ministry of Helps classes. (Becoming a Small Group leader is really all about serving others!)
• Complete the Leadership Development classes. (We want to position you to succeed as a leader.)
